Rich Wounds captures the strangeness and beauty and peculiar glory of Jesus Christ and his self-sacrifice at the cross for sinners. Jesus was wounded for us, pierced for our sins. Jesus bore our griefs, our sorrows, our transgressions, our inequities, he brought us peace, he healed us. The wounds inflicted on Jesus the innocent son of God, are rich in meaning and significance and this book highlights every aspect of these wounds.

Rich Wounds highlights the cross, Christs death, the journey which led to the cross, his death and resurrection and the glorification to ascend to God the father.
