Joy Irwin is teaching in Kathmandu for 1 year from October 2006.
SIM (Serving In Mission) is an international mission organisation which works in 45 countries, mostly in Africa, South America and Asia.
Joy is teaching in a school called KISC (Kathmandu International Study Centre). It caters for 130 students, 80% of whom are missionary kids. 80 students attend the high school and there are 50 students in the primary school. As it is an International School, the children are from all over the world.
