Our very popular event – come and bring a friend for the full “Ulster Fry”. There will be an opportunity to make a voluntary contribution to the C.E.F oceanview centre. Football pitch project under the leadership of William Ruddle, Brian Gillespie, Simon & Ros Jones based in Rossnoulagh, Co. Donegal please plan to attend and enjoy a special breakfast with your friends.
FRIDAY NIGHT 28TH NOVEMBER @ 7.00PM – WORLD WAR II (in two parts)
Part 1 – Mr Alvin Winter our very historian presents World War II. Alvin is an excellent presenter and expert on the world war, do not miss this prestigious event – please plan to attend, bring a friend and your children, you will not be disappointed. Refreshments will be served.
FRIDAY 12TH DECEMBER @ 6.30PM – KARTING IN NEWRY
Our annual karting event to Newry with a 6.30 start, fun racing for the Cecil Hynes Presidents Cup. We plan a junior event this year. The evening ends with our supper at the famous RAILWAY TAKE-AWAY (we sit in) hosted by our friends Jeff and Joanne. Spectators are most welcome, a fabulous night out for all.
FRIDAY 23RD JANUARY – FILM NIGHT with treats and special supper.
This year we plan a two screen spectacular one film for adults and one for the young people & children. Suitable for our own boys and girls with eats and treats for all.
FRIDAY 27TH FEBRUARY @ 7.30PM – BOWLS NIGHT
All welcome to join with us for our 1st encounter with bowls at the Bannview complex. Come and enjoy a fun night out and a burger at nearby McDonalds, We may find a world champion!
SATURDAY 28TH MARCH –
Visits to include, Fusiliers museum at Armagh or Enniskillen and possibly a visit to a coal mine. Full details to follow we plan a very interesting day out; why not come as a family. Car enthusiasts if you have an old classic car or motorcycle join us and have a picnic also.
SATURDAY 30TH MAY –
A very special day out for all visiting the RUC/George Cross memorial garden at the P.S.N.I. headquarters Belfast. Enjoy a snack lunch and on to visit Greypoint Fort at Helens Bay for a walk and visit – if you would like to join us, this is an “open event” for all but, we require names and addresses to access headquarters! Plan to attend – full details near the event.
SATURDAY 20TH JUNE –
We plan to join with our YOUTH AND CHILDRENS TEAM in supporting the all-embracing family fun day for the congregation (similar to the manse madness event last year) please join with us to help make this a special day.
We meet every Wednesday morning @ 7.30am for prayer. This is a real privilege and we invite you to attend – you will be encouraged and blessed.
